cups of cooked quinoa (cooked w/ broth instead of water)

thawed bonless skinless chicken breast sliced
1-2
cloves of garlic diced

tbl olive oil

cup of soy sauce (or to taste)*
2-3
cups of vegtables (stirfry mix or fresh peas, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots
etc.)
Sautee
garlic cloves with vegetables until they just start to brown on med-high heat
Add
chicken, soy sauce and cooked quinoa and continue to cook on medium until
chicken is done.
Enjoy!
* For a variation, add teriyaki sauce.
