Sushi
Necessary Ingredients & Supplies:
Sushi Rice
Rolling Mats
Bowl Warm Water
Sushi Vinegar
Fan for Rice
Serrated Knife
Seaweed Wraps
Saran Wrap
Chopsticks
Optional Ingredients:
Cucumber
Crab Meat
Cream Cheese
Avocado
Smoked Tuna/Salmon
Egg (scrambled)
Shrimp
Sashimi (Raw Salmon)
Soy Sauce
Wasabi
Sesame Seeds
Tempura Batter
Tempura:
Yams
Shrimp
Onions
Carrots
Chicken
Rinse Rice 7 times. Bring to Boil, Simmer till done. Pour in and Mix in Vinegar while fanning. Rice Covers whole sheet of seaweed, both sides if desired place primarily on rough side of paper. Allow Space at top with no rice (Approx. ½ in). Other ingredients layered at the bottom within ½ in to 1 in boundary. Roll, folding ingredients in while rolling. Cut off ends of roll and then Sushi into 1 in pieces, rinsing off knife in between in warm water for smooth cuts. See pictures for aesthetics.
