Full Batch:
½ C Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
4 C Pecans
Half Batch:
¼ C Butter
½ C Brown Sugar
½ Tsp Cinnamon
2 C Pecans
Quarter Batch:
1/8 C Butter
¼ C Brown Sugar
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
1 C Pecans
Place Butter in Glass Bowl and Melt in Microwave (Approx. 1 min for Full Batch (FB)). Stir in Brown Sugar and Cinnamon and Microwave on High (Approx. 2 min FB). Mix Well to Combine Butter and Sugar. Add Pecans and Mix to Coat. Microwave on High (Approx. 3-5 Min FB). Spread Out on Wax Paper to Cool. Excellent on Top of Ange’s New York Cheesecake!
